Privacy statement
We collect as little as we can. Here is exactly what happens when you visit this site or send us a message.

Statistics without cookies
We measure visits with Umami, a privacy-friendly statistics service hosted in the EU. Umami sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. We only see totals: which pages and sections are viewed, which website or campaign brought visitors here, which buttons and links are clicked, whether our email address or phone number is copied (not what you copy), and country, browser and device type. Your IP address is not stored, and we cannot recognise you or follow you across other sites. That is why we don't ask for consent and you see no cookie notice.
Contact form
When you fill in the form, we receive your name, email address, company name (if you give one) and your message, plus the source of your visit, such as the website or campaign that brought you here. We only use your details to answer your request. We also use the source to see which campaigns work: it is counted in our statistics, without your name, email address or message. If you click around the site first, your browser remembers that source while the tab is open (in session storage, not a cookie). It holds no visitor ID and is gone once you close the tab. The message reaches us by email through an email service we use for this, and we keep it for as long as our contact and any collaboration require.
Hosting
The site runs at a hosting provider with servers in the Netherlands. Like any web server, it keeps technical logs, such as IP address and requested page, to detect outages and abuse. If a message cannot be delivered, it is kept in those logs for a while so it isn't lost. Logs are deleted automatically after 30 days. Some of our service providers, such as the email service behind the contact form, may process data outside the EU. That only happens with the safeguards the GDPR requires, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
No ad tracking
We use no advertising pixels from LinkedIn, Meta, Google or anyone else, and we share no data with advertising platforms.
Your rights
You can always ask what data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted. Just email hallo@everware.nl. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
